Do not energize the circuit board without a load 2. Do not energize during cleaning if no cleaning fluid is present 3. The two terminals of the transducer must not be connected in reverse polarity 4. The transducer must be soldered on the side with two silver layers; the other side is the vibration surface, which can be attached under the cleaning basin (component included with ceramic chip transducer purchase). The silver layer on the ceramic chip is not heat resistant; soldering iron temperature must not exceed 280C. A temperature-controlled iron is recommended, set to 250C 5. The larger side of the transducer (with screw hole) is the vibration surface and can be glued to the outside bottom of the cleaning container. For enhanced contact, use argon arc welding on the screws before applying adhesive, ensuring tight contact with the steel plate 6. Ensure no gaps exist when bonding to the bottom surface 7. Keep the vibrator at least 10cm away from any metal enclosure 8. Normal continuous operating time should not exceed 10 minutes 9. Power board parameters: 120W 40kHz 10.
