The ultrasonic generator monitors the power system frequency and ultrasound power. Power tube: imported power tube; PCB: double-sided two ounces; stable performance; large radiator for fast cooling. Circuit board and vibration head (ceramic transducer) wiring instructions: 1. Do not power the board when loading. 2. Do not energize for cleaning without cleaning solution. 3. For the vibration head, the first two tabs are positive; the middle lug on the ceramic side is positive, and the upper and lower metal columns are negativedo not reverse polarity. 4. On the transducer, the ceramic sheet with a silver layer is the negative side; the side with two larger silver layers is positive, and the smaller silver layer is negative. When welding the power line, connect to the side with two silver layers. The other side of the vibration head can be attached to the washing tank. The silver layer on the ceramic chip is not heat-resistant; when welding the power cord, do not exceed 280 degrees Celsius. It is recommended to use a heated iron set to 250 degrees Celsius. 5. The larger side of the vibration head (with screw holes) should be attached to the bottom of the cleaning tank. Ensure the washing tank is properly grounded.
