Treadmill Motor DC Permanent Magnet Universal Engine 180V 3HP VOLTS.(V)180d.c R.P.M3800/4800 INS.F POWER(HP)3.0 AMPS.(A)5.5 WEIGHT(kg)7.3KG 1P CODE:1P20 A:110mm B:103mm C:45mm D:265mm Notice: If you need to order a motor, please provide us with the dimensions of A B C D. Also, please provide us with a photo of your old motor Our motors can only replace yours. But our motor is not exactly the same as your motor. NOTE: 1.It is recommended that you add more [special silicone oil] under the running belt of the treadmill every half month to maintain lubrication and reduce resistance. Each time you use it, you should use it in [fast running] instead of [slow walking] , which can extend the service life of your treadmill. 2.It is recommended to use for half an hour, rest for half an hour, use for another half an hour, and rest for another half an hour. 3. The speed below 5 kilometers per hour belongs to ultra-low speed operation, and the motor has poor heat dissipation, It is easy to cause motor heating, and the running time shall not exceed one minute, and the low speed running shall be several minutes Please speed up to more than 7km as soon as possible. 2. It can run continuously for 120 minutes at a speed of more than 7 kilometers per hour. Use according to our method, your motor will not be easily damaged. Product parameters: Skills requirement 1. The maximum working voltage of the motor should not exceed the rated voltage, and the voltage ripple should be as small as possible; 2. Motor lead wire: the red wire is connected to the positive pole, the black wire is connected to the negative pole, and the yellow/green combination color wire is grounded; 3. The grounding of the motor must be reliable; 4. Under normal temperature, the motor lead terminal and the end cover can withstand the AC1800V/50HZ/5mA/1s withstand voltage test without breakdown; 5. The motor runs under rated voltage, no abnormal vibration, no abnormal noise; 6.From the driving end, the motor rotates in a clockwise direction; 7. When running at no load, the motor performance meets the following requirements:
