WORKING PRINCIPLE: Due to the different thermal expansion coefficients of bimetallic sheets, when the temperature changes, the two sides expand or contract at different rates, causing the bimetallic strip to bend to varying degrees at different temperatures. When the temperature exceeds the preset expansion temperature of the bimetallic strip, the contact position distorts and disconnects, breaking the circuit. When the temperature falls below the preset expansion temperature, the bimetallic strip returns to its original shape, closing the contact and completing the circuit. The thermostat is available in two types: normally open and normally closed. Normally open: At ambient temperature below the set point, the thermostat remains open. When the actual ambient temperature rises above the set point, the circuit closes to activate cooling or signaling devices. When the temperature drops below the set point, the load is turned off. 4.
