The 10-micron filter removes over 92% of particles smaller than 10 microns, effectively trapping tiny particles and emulsified water in gasoline. Therefore, it provides optimal protection for sensitive inboard, outboard, and inboard gasoline engine fuel systems. Replacement Part Number - Compatible with marine outboard gasoline engines only! Note: This product is a crude oil water separator and is not compatible with gasoline water separators. The frequency of draining or replacing the filter element depends on the level of fuel contamination. Please check or drain the water from the collection cup daily and replace the filter element annually, whichever comes first. Gasoline is highly flammable and explosive under certain conditions.
