This module features the TCS34725 color sensor, a low-cost RGB full-color recognition sensor that uses optical sensing to detect surface color. It supports red, green, and blue (RGB) color detection, ambient light sensing, and outputs precise RGB values for accurate color reproduction. The sensor integrates color-sensitive photodiodes with an on-chip infrared-blocking filter to minimize infrared interference and improve color accuracy. High sensitivity, wide dynamic range, and infrared rejection make it suitable for varying lighting conditions and use behind attenuating materials.
