Waste Oil Burner for Cooking and Heating Efficient Combustion Furnace This waste oil burner is designed for efficient combustion of used motor oil, featuring a high-pressure electric blower that promotes complete burning. The unit is constructed from galvanized steel, which may turn red after prolonged exposure to high temperatures; this is normal and does not affect performance. Test results show that it takes approximately 3 minutes to boil 1 kg of water once ignition is achieved, making it suitable for heating and cooking applications. Blower Input Voltage: 120V Instructions: 1. Provide your own waste oil container and install a valve at the outlet. 2. Open the valve to allow oil to flow into the combustion chamber to a depth of 1 cm, then close the valve. 3. Ignite flammable material such as paper and place it inside the furnace to initiate combustion. 4. Turn on the blower and allow the oil to ignite gradually. Adjust airflow based on flame intensity. 5. Once combustion is established, open the oil inlet valve to maintain continuous burning. Flame size will increase as temperature rises. This unit operates more efficiently as internal temperature increases. Ensure proper ventilation and follow all safety precautions during use.
