Our night mouthguard set contains disodium EDTA, sodium bicarbonate, lauryl polyether-7. It can reduce the direct collision between teeth, avoid tooth wear, and keep teeth healthy. Its use method is very simple: 1. Before going to bed, gently put the braces on the upper or lower teeth, gently press the edges of the braces to keep them close to the teeth, and remove them after waking up. 2. Place the cleaning tablet in the water and wait for it to dissolve completely. Soak the used mouthguard in the cleaning solution for 5-10 minutes.
