MPPT 5A Solar Charge Controller Battery Charging Module 9V 12V 18V 24V

Note:For the first charge, please adjust the output voltage in advance and monitor the battery voltage to prevent overcharge! Do not charge unprotected lithium batteries! This product is suitable for 9V 12V 18V 24V solar panels, wind turbines, solar street lights, etc. It can also charge batteries, nickel-cadmium, nickel-metal hydride, lithium batteries (battery packs). Both the input and output terminals use high-end switching power supply and special high-frequency low-resistance electrolytic capacitor (LOW ESR) to ensure the output ripple.Features:1. The maximum power point tracking of solar cells, the output current is greater than the solar panel current, the real ultra-high efficiency MPPT, support 8-28V, 100W solar high current charging, it is recommended that each solar panel be equipped with one module) can be expanded in parallel with multiple modules recharging current2. Can adjust the output voltage arbitrarily, CC-CW automatic control (can support single or multi-cell lithium battery or lithium iron phosphate or lead acid battery, high power LED, etc.)3. Battery for complete charge management4.PWM switching frequency: 300KHz5. Constant current charging current is set by external resistor6. Trickle charging of deeply discharged batteries7. Dual indication of charging status and charging end status (red light on charging/full blue light/red light flashing blue light always indicates no battery is connected)8. Low power soft start function9. Adopt imported high frequency low conduction internal resistance double MOS tube, 10A high current double diode, high efficiency flat high power inductor, constant copper current detecting resistor, perfect anti-reverse protection of ultra low dropout, no work, no anti-reverse Connect the damaged charging board. Quality Assurance!Specification:Color: RedMaterial: PCBModule nature: with true MPPT solar maximum power point tracking function, fully automatic intelligent charging management, low power consumptionInput voltage: DC 8-28V input DC voltage (no input AC)Output voltage: DC 5-26V stepless adjustable transmissionCan charge 6V or 12 batteries or 8.4V, 12.6V, 16.8V lithium battery, 7.2V, 10.8V, 14.4V lithium iron phosphate battery, 2-4 string lithium battery, lithium iron phosphate charging management boardOutput current: 2A/5A There are two types of maximum charging current: A version 5A B version 2A default delivery 5A version ACharging indicator: Yes. The fast charging red light is long, and the full red and blue lights are alternately shining. Fully automatic stop.MPPT function: Yes. MPPT maximum power point automatic tracking function, can maximize the full use of solar chargingThe lowest voltage difference: 1V (because it is a buck regulator module, the input voltage is at least 1V higher than the output)Ultra low power consumption: yes! Ultra low dropout design for low power consumption and higher conversion efficiency, professionally adapted to solar panelsOperating temperature: industrial grade (-40 ° C to +85 ° C)Load adjustment rate: ±1%Voltage regulation rate: ±0.5%Conversion efficiency: Max: 93% Peak: 95% Different lighting conditions are different.Charging mode: fully automatic intelligent three-stage charging mode. Self-tracking solar power size automatically adjusts the charging currentNo-load current: 3MA Even in the morning, the weak sunlight can be easily and automatically started, eliminating the manual switch.Input reverse connection protection: Yes. Exclusive design MOS tube ultra low dropout anti-reverse protection, input reverse connection does not workOutput reverse flow protection: Yes. Effectively prevent the electric reflux charging plate of the battery at night!Wiring method: with terminal blockMppt voltage: Any adjustable, different solar modules MPPT voltage is different, even mppt voltage can not be adjusted mppt solar controller, can be called mppt? The charging board using MPPT control technology is about 30% more efficient than the general DC-DC step-down power supply or MCU+PWM control scheme. Can make full use of solar energy and achieve low power consumption. Reduce power loss! The MPPT function can effectively prevent the solar panel voltage from being dragged by the battery and charging slowly.Size: 6 * 3.5cm / 2.4 * 1.4inWeight: approx. 47gPackage List:1 * ModuleDebugging method:Step 1: Connect the solar cell, do not connect to the charged bottle, if the output has voltage, step 2. If there is no output, slowly turn the MPPT down counterclockwise until there is an output voltage.Step 2: Turn the output voltage counterclockwise until the red and blue lights flash, then coarsely adjust the output voltage to the full cutoff voltage.Step 3: Connect the unpowered battery and monitor the charging current at the output string ammeter to fine tune the MPPT potentiometer until the charging current is maximum.Step 4: Connect the battery that is just full. If the blue light is turned, turn the output voltage clockwise until
