Motor Speed Controller Driver for Stepper Servo Motor DC5~32V PLC ControllerDriver

Item Type:Stepper Motor Speed Controller_x000D_ Voltage Input:DC5~32V_x000D_ _x000D_ Operation mode setting: (Dial switch: 1 on, 0 on bottom)_x000D_ _x000D_ Automatic round trip modeSingle trigger modeSingle round trip modeElectric mode_x000D_ S10011_x000D_ S20101_x000D_ _x000D_ 1. The control signal is 0-24V, the signal is valid for the falling edge, and the trigger signal must be kept above 2.5US._x000D_ 2. The onboard potentiometer and the external potentiometer are automatically switched. The external potentiometer interface is suspended, which is the speed control fraud of the onboard potentiometer. If the external potentiometer is connected (less than or equal to 10K), the control board will automatically switch to the external potentiometer._x000D_ 3. Run the setting switch, the onboard speed potentiometer, inside the controller, open the casing for setting._x000D_ _x000D_ Function _x000D_ 1. Round-trip automatic mode: After the mode controller triggers the start (the common end and the enable input touch), the motor will automatically move back and forth between the forward limit and the reverse limit. Until the trigger stops input._x000D_ 2. Single-shot touch mode: After the mode is triggered, the motor will rotate. When the motor reaches the forward limit, the motor will stop. If the motor is triggered again, it will reverse. When the reverse limit is reached, the motor stops. Trigger the start motor again and repeat the forward rotation for this cycle._x000D_ 3. Single round trip mode: After the mode is triggered, the motor rotates forward. When it hits the forward limit, it stops, then starts to reverse. When the reverse limit is reached, the motor stops._x000D_ 4. Jog mode: the start end and the common end are connected to the forward rotation, and the release is stopped; the connection between the stop end and the common end is reversed, and the stop is released._x000D_ _x000D_ Wiring and other instructions:_x000D_ 1. The controller is a general-purpose stepping motor and a servo motor controller. General stepper motor drives, servo motor drives can be matched and used regardless of motor size._x000D_ Different motor drive port tags are different, but the interface functions the same._x000D_ EM=ENA=PREE enable_x000D_ PUL=PULS=CLK pulse_x000D_ DIR=CW=CCW direction_x000D_ This controller uses the common anode connection method:_x000D_ Driver PUL+ and DIR+ are connected to the positive pole of the power supply +24V_x000D_ Controller PUL-connected driver pulse input (PUL-, PULS-, CLK-)_x000D_ Drive DIR-connected drive direction input (DIR-, CW-, CWW-)_x000D_ EN+, EN- This is generally empty._x000D_ 2, limit switch, push button switch_x000D_ Mechanical switches, push button switches, limit switches, foot switches, etc. are used in two-wire normally open type. One leg is connected to the common end, and the other leg is connected to the corresponding input end, such as start, stop, and forward and reverse limit._x000D_ Electronic switches such as photoelectric switches, proximity switches, and Hall switches require the DC24V three-wire normally open NPN type. The two lines are power lines and are directly connected to the controller power supply; the other one is a signal line, which is directly connected to the corresponding input, stop, forward and reverse limit terminals._x000D_ 3, external potentiometer_x000D_ The external speed potentiometer requires a resistance value 10K, and the power is not required. The connection of the external potentiometer only needs to be connected to the external speed regulating input terminal of the common terminal respectively.
