Hybrid Stepper Motor Driver Two Phase CNC Controller 0.2-5A TB6600 DC12-48V Input

Feature:1. The two-phase hybrid stepping motor has a dynamic voltage of 12 to 48 V, a current of less than 5 A, and an outer diameter of 35 to 86 mm.2. The driver adopts the current loop subdivision control of the driver, the motor torsion ripple is small, the low speed operation is very stable, and there is almost no vibration and noise.3. High-speed torsion is much higher than other two-phase drives, high positioning accuracy4. Widely used in engraving machines, CNC machine tools, packaging machinery, etc.5. Average current control, two-phase sinusoidal current drive output and opto-isolated signal input/output6. The product has overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and short circuit protection7. The offline enable signal is valid, the drive fault is reset to disable any pulses, and the motor maintains torsion after the drive output power component is turned off.8. The PC control signal can be either high or active low. Control signal when active high9. The negative terminals together act as an active low signal, and the positive ends of all control signals are used together as a common signal.10. The half-flow function is a 200ms step pulse, and the driver output current is automatically reduced to 50% of the rated output current to prevent motor heating.11. There must be 20mm space around, and it should not be placed adjacent to other heating equipment to avoid dust, oil mist, corrosive gas, excessive humidity and strong vibration.Specification:Item Type: Input Voltage: DC 12-48V InputInput: 1-5A Current, Select Drive Stepper MotorOutput Current: 0.2A-5ATemperature Operating Temperature: -10-45℃; Storage Temperature -40℃ -70℃Humidity: No Condensation, No DropGas prohibits combustible gas and conductive dustSet the Number of Steps Per Motor Step for the Motor 200(synchronizing), 400 (2 segments), 1600 (8 segments), and 3200 Steps (16 segments).Power Interface:1.
