Suggested Use Prepare the under-eye area by applying an eye cream and a lightweight primer, such as e.l.f.’s Luminous Putty Primer. Using the doefoot applicator, apply the concealer to desired areas. Blend by stippling with the Camo Concealer Sponge for concentrated areas or buff out with fingers or a concealer brush for a seamless finish.
