Digital Counter for Knitting Machine Electronic 0999999 Digit with Magnetic Induction Switch

Feature:1. SIX DIGIT CLEAR DISPLAY: Six digit large screen LCD display, possess ultra low power consumption, long battery life, large and clear display2. EASY TO OPERATE: Press the pause switch(POWER) for one second to pause the count, save the data, and enter the shutdown state, press the pause switch again for one minute to turn on the screen display and resume the count3. ACCURATE AND CONVENIENT: This counter using magnet induction, simple and convenient installation, bring accurate counting4. FAST COUNTING SPEED: Panel mounted fixing screws have a maximum counting speed of 20 times per second, 1200 times per minute. When the magnet is sensed, the ok indicator will be displayed on the screen5. EASY BATTERY REPLACEMENT: Using ordinary AA batteries(not included), no external power supply is required, and the battery is easy to replace, very convenient6. SEISMIC PROOF AND DURABLE: Adopt seismic proof design, effectively ensure the stable and reliable operation of the system, no mechanical wear with long service lifeSpecification:Item Type: Digital CounterMaterial: ABSBattery Model: 1 x 1.5V AA battery(not included)Counting Range: 0-999999Highest Frequency of Counting: 20HZCounting Minimum Pulse Width: 2MSMagnet Induction Proximity Distance: Approx. 10 ~ 15mm / 0.39 ~ 0.59inMagnetic Induction Distance: ≥ Approx. 35mm / 1.38inClear Minimum Pulse Width: 1SAmbient Temperature: -5℃~40℃Dimension: Approx. 68 x 30 x 45mm / 2.68 x 1.18 x 1.77inHole Size: Approx. 61 x 35mm / 2.4 x 1.38in(The size may be certain error due to manual measurement).Package List:1 x Counter1 x Magnetic Control Induction Switch1 x Magnet1 x BracketNote:1. The signal line for counting and clearing input should be as short as possible to avoid wiring with strong electricity or power lines to avoid unnecessary interference; if necessary, please use shielded lines, and the shielding layer is connected to the counting terminal +.2. Only the contact signal without voltage can be input for the counting signal and the reset signal, and no other electrical signals can be input.3. The sensing distance is related to the magnetic size of the magnet. You can change the sensing distance by changing different magnets.4. The use temperature of the magnet cannot exceed 70 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is too high, the magnetism will disappear and the induction will fail.5. When the screen display is blurred, please replace the new battery; when not in use for a long time, please press to pause or switch the machine to turn off the counter and auxiliary battery; you can also take out the battery together to prevent the battery from deteriorating and leaking and damaging the counter.6. Use an ordinary AA battery, never connect an external power supply (external power supply will damage the counter); the power consumption of the counter is ultra low, so it is not necessary to press the pause or switch to turn off the counter every day to save power.7. If the counter is abnormal, it can be restarted. Method: Take out the battery, install the battery in the opposite direction, then take out the battery, and then install the battery in the standard direction.
