1. Application areas: Pumps, medical equipment, various compressors, various fans/blowers, electric screwdrivers, electric curtains, automatic doors, hydraulic oil pumps, air pumps, brushless DC compressors for refrigerators, lawn mowers, sprayers, underwater thrusters, etc. 2. This is standardly mounted on a PCB. For motors with a current below 5A, no heat dissipation is required; only normal ventilation is needed. For a drive current exceeding 5A, heat dissipation must be activated. The heat sink we provide is designed for continuous operation at 20A. The integrated LED display indicates standby, operation, fault, and status conditions. 3. Forward and reverse switching, stop braking, potentiometer (PWM) speed control, LED motor status display, motor protection: MOS poweron selftest, MOS overtemperature protection, stall protection, overcurrent protection. The drive module measures 78 x 57 mm in width, with a board thickness of 1.6 mm. The operating voltage is 680V and supports reverse polarity protection. It will not be damaged by reversing the power cable polarity. 4. Integrated potentiometer (0.55V), PWM speed control (frequency 120 kHz, duty cycle 10100%). Integrated FG speed feedback interface, calculates speed (min) FG frequency (Hz) x 60/pole pair number. Integrated CW/CCW steering control interface: open for clockwise rotation, shorted to GND for counterclockwise rotation.
