It is suitable for CNC engraving machine, CNC lathe, CNC plasma cutting machine, laser engraving machine, CNC milling machines, machining centers and other machine tools. With MACH3 series host computer and software, it can be the most cost-effective CNC system. Features: 4-axis limit circuit with anti-interference on board. X+, This limit circuit does not occupy parallel port resources. It can also be connected to the P10 via the jump cap on the board. When the limit is triggered towards the + end, no matter how your computer moves, the motor can no longer move in the + direction, only supports moving the computer towards the end. Only when the end + limit is not triggered can the machine move towards the end + again. The 4-circuit motor control signal of X, Y, Z, 4 on the board, the whole circuit adopts the OC output of the transistor. Drive capacity up to 200MA. One port can be connected in parallel to 10 motor drivers or drive 4 relays at the same time. There is a special stop button interface on the board. Regardless of the movement of the computer, as long as the button is connected to two lines, the spindle and X, Y, Z, 4 axes will stop. Integrated charge pump function. All input interfaces have an indicator light. Each axis has an operational indication. A special high-speed chip is used to process input and output (I/O) signals. It is able to operate the machine stably, with the signal correction and enlargement features that eliminate unnecessary disturbance signals. The computer's LPT port supplies power individually, separating itself from power to other parts. Therefore, the computer and the machine tool effectively isolate each other. It makes data more secure, with added assurance of security and stability. There are 5 input signals, communicating with the host computer, which are isolated by optical coupling. The output port is parallel port P1, which can output PWM signal within 2.5KHZ. On the interface board there is a D/A circuit, with PWM at a 0-10V. The circuit can output 0-10V level to control the inverter which only has analog speed control in the market. So it can control the spindle rotation speed.
