When the mixture exits the end of the hose, the nozzle accelerates the air and abrasive. The taper and length of the nozzle inlet and outlet determine the pattern and speed of the abrasive exiting the nozzle. The composition of the lining material determines its wear resistance. Specially designed for surface cleaning, descaling, and decorative surfaces such as glass, aluminum alloy, sandblasting, and marble carving. Inner diameter of boron carbide nozzle: 6mm Operation: 1. Insert the nozzle gasket into the threaded nozzle holder and screw it into the nozzle by hand until it rests firmly on the gasket. 2. After all equipment is properly assembled and tested, point the nozzle toward the surface to be cleaned and press the remote control handle to start spraying. 3. Hold the nozzle 18 to 36 inches from the surface and move it smoothly at a rate that achieves the desired cleanliness. Slightly overlap each pass. 4. Replace the nozzle when the orifice exceeds its original size by 1/16 inch.
