652F Waterproof PT100 Temperature Sensor Platinum Temperature Sensor

652F Waterproof PT100 Temperature Sensorplatinum Temperature SensorOOTDTY Color: As the picture shows:( Manual see last picture) R2, R3 and R4 and Pt100 bridge measurement sensor, in order to guarantee the stability of the bridge output voltage signal input bridge through TL431 to 2.5 V. Differential signal was obtained from the bridge after the two-stage input microcontroller operational amplifier. Bridge bridge arm with adjustable resistor R3, through the adjustment of R3 can adjust the input of the differential voltage signal to the op-amp, it is often used for zero point adjustment. The amplification circuit adopts LM358 integrated op-amp to prevent the single-stage non-linear error of over-magnification, amplifying the circuit with a two-stage amplifier as shown in Figure 5.1, the former level is about 10 times, the after level is about 3 times. Temperature changes 0 - 100 degrees when the temperature rises, resistance Pt100, differential signals input amplifier circuit, output voltage amplification circuit Av corresponding to the rise. Note: although the bridge section has been adjusted TL431, but the whole voltage of the VCC module must be stable or as VCC fluctuation, LM358 operational amplifier operating voltage fluctuation, Av output voltage fluctuation, then finally lead to the A/D conversion result, the measured results jump up and downTemperature range: -20 °C - 500 °C allowable deviation: ±(2.5)°C Sensor diameter: ø4X30Cable length: 0.5m External shielding: insulated shieldingInternal insulation: fiberglassQuantity: 1 PcDue to the difference between different monitors, the picture may not reflect the actual color of the item.
