2x White PTFE M12 x 1000 mm Threaded Rods, Plastic Studding + 4 Nuts

BP1: Pack of 2 threaded rods. Colour: White. Material: PTFE / Polytetrafluoroethylene. Length: 1000mm. Diameter: 12mm. Pitch: 1.75mm. 4 nuts included (2 per rod). SKU: 1003.. BP2: PTFE gives a smooth, chemically compatible plastic thread for suitable M12 spacing and alignment applications.. BP3: PTFE provides electrical insulation for assemblies where a metal threaded rod is not preferred.. BP4: Fully threaded end to end, so trimmed sections still give usable thread engagement.. BP5: Best for light-duty stand-offs, separators, tie points and non-metallic assemblies after checking service conditions. Also known as studding, allthread, threaded bar.. || PRODUCT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: These M12 x 1000 mm white PTFE threaded rods are supplied as a pack of 2 for extended spacers, alignment bars and light-duty assemblies that need a non-metallic fastener. PTFE brings low surface friction, electrical insulating behaviour and broad compatibility with many chemicals, but it can deform under sustained loads. The rods are fully threaded end to end, so the length can be trimmed for custom stand-off or tie-rod layouts. Best used where the material choice matters more than mechanical strength; check nut fit, tightening force and service conditions. Supplied with 4 nuts. Typical uses: semiconductor and electrical assemblies, clean rooms, chemical-resistant and high-temperature work such as powder coating and test rigs, and wet, marine or outdoor projects.. || Please see the technical image illustration for size references.
