26-27 DC CW/CCW Controller Module, ABS Material, Wide Voltage Range 4V-40V for Motor Lifting Control

1、ABS Shell: ABS shell protection, sturdy and durable, effective when the CW CCW signals are low, that is short 0V level (negative power), start 2、Self Locking: M8‑P0 standard version self locking, input low level, the signal only needs to be triggered once, and the module self locking runs all the time 3、CCW Signal: CCW signal is encountered during CCW, stops immediately after 0.3 seconds and enters CCW 4、Limit Signal: The limit signal has priority, and will stop immediately when encounters a CW limit signal when CW 5、CW Limit Signal: When there is a CW limit signal, the CW cannot be started, and the CCW is the same 6、Limit Signal Normally Open: Limit signal is normally open, (for example, when SW1 switch is closed or connected to low level, cannot start CW) Item Type: DC CW CCW Controller Material: ABS Rated Current: Rated 5A Response Speed: 20ms for K1 and K2, 50ms for SW1 and SW2 Module Power Consumption: 0.6W (Without Load Motor), Static 0.1W Action Life: More than 150,000 times [Common Problem] 1. What is the difference between P0 and P1 version? P0 is the self-locking mode. For example, when the external forward switch (K1) is pressed once, the motor will immediately rotate forward. At this time, if the switch is released, the motor will continue to rotate forward. It will not stop until the reverse signal (K2) or the forward stop signal (SW1) is encountered. P1 is the jog mode. For example, when the external forward switch (K1) is pressed, the motor will rotate forward. When K1 is released, the motor will stop running immediately. 2. What are the signal requirements, can the sensor be connected? The signal is active at low level, it can be a three-wire sensor (NPN-NO type), K1 K2 SW1 SW2 still has this specification. 3. Is the limit signal valid in P1 jog mode? Valid, for example, when K1 has a signal, it will rotate forward at this time, but there is also a signal at the SW1 limit, and it will stop at this time (it will not rotate forward). 4. What is the limit signal? The limit signal can also be called a stop signal. The limit signal is of trigger type and level enable function. For example, if a short limit signal is encountered during forward rotation, it will stop, even if the limit signal disappears, it will still stop. The forward rotation signal must be repeated again to be forward again. 6. Can drive a large motor? 7. Can it realize automatic forward and reverse rotation? TKS-M8 has no timing function, so strictly speaking, it cannot automatically reciprocate. But with the start switch, start switch (A), end switch (B), it can realize infinite reciprocating operation between A and B. Connection: start switch and start switch are connected to K1, end switch is connected to K2, SW1 and SW2 are not connected. Note that all switches are normally open. (If the limit switch is normally closed, please contact customer service or directly note "normally closed limit") 1 x DC CW CCW Controller Note: Due to the light and screen setting difference, the item's color may be slightly different from the pictures. Please allow slight dimension difference due to different manual measurement.
