Choose the thimble you need to pull, plug in the rotation lever, tighten the screws (Note: Some thimbles have a platform; screws should not be over-tightened). Snap the motor into the swimming board, and align the motor shaft with the thimble. Rotate the active lever clockwise to pull out the motor gear.
